Phase ll of the City of San Marco's’ landscaping initiative will install native and adaptive pollinator plants along N CM Allen Pkwy and Hutchison St.

This includes soil amendments such as fertilizer and mulch. The project will also upgrade the drip irrigation at the Mobility Hub to match the upgrades we completed on the Square last spring.

This work will take place March 17 – 19 and is funded by the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) 5.
