To help local small businesses, there are two complimentary workshops in February to help owners and managers better understand and create financial documents. These workshops are provided by PeopleFund, the Greater San Marcos Partnership, Frost Bank, and the City of San Marcos at no cost to participants.

Session 2: Tuesday, February 22, 2022, 2-4pm at San Marcos Public Library, Room A

Session 2 will cover:

• Organizing a profit & loss statement for your own business

• Developing a cash flow projection for your business

• Strategies for improving recordkeeping and increasing efficiencies
