To help local small businesses, there are two complimentary workshops in February to help owners and managers better understand and create financial documents. These workshops are provided by PeopleFund, the Greater San Marcos Partnership, Frost Bank, and the City of San Marcos at no cost to participants.

Session 1: Tuesday, February 8, 2022, 10am-12 noon at San Marcos Public Library, Multi-Purpose Room

Session 1 will cover:

• The difference between a profit & loss statement and balance sheet for a small business

• How to create a cash flow projection

• Key financial terms such as equity, liquidity, cash flow, capacity, etc.
