Requirements

1. Must be a brick & mortar food or beverage establishment with a fixed food permit

2. Must hold a personal valid food handler’s certificate

3. Must apply with the Permit Department for a temporary off-site food permit. No cost involved with this temporary permit.

4. Must apply by February 9th, 2026 to be a contestant.
